With an overwhelming amount of options for your wedding- or maybe you don’t know what exactly you want yet- you need to start somewhere with direction, and this package gives you exactly that. Designed to get you to sit down and brain storm ideas with me and to get a sense of what lies ahead in the planning process to make these ideas come to life. Here’s whats in the Getting Started package:

-We’ll get started with an initial chat over the phone for me to get an idea where you are at and some context

-Includes one 60 minute consultation

-Initial destination location and venue search, approximate timelines you’d be looking at, and initial budgeting

-Includes planning checklist and guide

This package is great for the bride who is in the drivers seat planning but wants assistance in executing the plan. This Assistance Please package includes:

-Finding and short-listing vendors at your location

-Relevant email and phone correspondence with vendors

-Confirming travel arrangements for couple and guests

-Timeline leading up to the big day

-Budget planning and spreadsheet

-Two 60 minute consultations

When you know you’re going to need lots of help planning or you’re overwhelmed by it all, this package is designed to take care of it and let you go back to your senses. Your vision is executed diligently in this. We would communicate as often as needed as the planning goes along. Starting at $1225 the More package includes:

-Handling overall logistics of your wedding/destination wedding

-An initial chat over the phone for to get an idea of your vision, context, and setting up initial planning schedule.

-Four 60 minute consultations and as much communication needed

-Finding and short-listing vendors

-All relevant email and phone correspondence with vendors

-All details communicated to the on-site coordinator, or a day-of- coordinator can be secured if you don’t have one

-Travel and accommodation arrangements for guests and couple

-Arrangement for any days-before-wedding activities

-Honeymoon planning

-Timeline leading up to the big day

-Day-of-Wedding schedule

-Budget planning and tracking

-To-do checklist keeping everything on track

-Wedding survival kit
